Atlantic Ocean Harvest does not assume responsibility for packages that are delivered and left unattended.  Pride Marine Group is not responsible for packages that are to be picked up at their locations.  It is the customer's responsibility to arrive at Pride's marina on the day of the delivery at a time when the marina is operational.

Customers fully realize the dangers of eating raw seafood and agree to assume the risks associated with this activity.  Customers fully realize that preparing and handling seafood is the responsibility of the costumer.  Atlantic Ocean Harvest is not responsible for any allergic reactions from the consumption of seafood.  Customers agree to release and forever discharge Atlantic Ocean Harvest and Pride Marine Group and all of its associated locations and businesses from liability for personal injury brought about by the handling of seafood , allergies associated with the consumption of seafood or illness brought about by the consumption of raw seafood.
