Thought you'd like to know that our lobster order arrived on the doorstep just after 9 AM (Friday, December 22, 2006), even though FedEx is being stretched to the limit today.
We have just finished dining on the beautiful beasts and my family looks rather happy and content.
Next time we'll order live lobsters -- when there is not the seasonal pressure on us. I'm sure that a lot of people get nervous around live animals and you might want to consider the "can" approach that other similar US companies offer.
Thanks for the great service and we're very happy that you set up your business. The US suppliers say they can deliver in Canada but none of them actually seem to be able to, as yet. You have a head start on them which we hope will work to your advantage. We'll certainly stick with you!
Your additional notion of shipping our great salmon to the East coast would also be well received in our opinion. Our Dungeness crab aren't half bad either, but our fresh water lobsters just don't have the same brave taste that Atlantic ones have."

“My husband and I hosted a Christmas party in December 2006, for which we ordered the lobster from Atlantic Ocean Harvest. From ordering to delivery, the staff at Ocean Harvest were efficient, helpful and courteous. I changed the order a couple of times and never felt this to be an inconvenience to Mr Hennessey. The lobsters arrived on time, alive and extremely fresh as promised. Not only were the lobsters delicious but I found them to be well worth the price, especially when you factor in all of the above.
